CAM5 mpif90 make 出错

intel 编译器，-fc ifort 编译正常， fc -mpif90 时出错

./configure -fc mpif90  -dyn fv -hgrid 10x15 -nc_inc /usr/local/CAM5_SOFT/include -nc_lib /usr/local/CAM5_SOFT/lib  -ldflags "-L/usr/local/CAM5_SOFT/lib" -mpi_inc /usr/local/CAM5_SOFT/include -mpi_lib /usr/local/CAM5_SOFT/include -cam_bld /home/xue/CAM5/CAM5RUN/0315/bld  -cam_exe 0315run -cam_exedir /home/xue/CAM5/CAM5RUN/0315/exe -test
这一步ok

./build-namelist -config /home/xue/CAM5/CAM5RUN/0315/bld/config_cache.xml  -case 0315run -dir /home/xue/CAM5/CAM5RUN/0315/exe -te

这一步也ok

make 时出错：
  /home/xue/CAM5/cesm1_0_4/models/utils/timing/GPTLget_memusage.c
make: pgcc: Command not found
make: *** [GPTLget_memusage.o] Error 127

pgcc: Command not found，intel编译器怎么是pgcc的呢，configure的时候把c的编译器也写上了-cc mpicc
