按照ubuntu10.04安装wrf的教程,安装时出现了一些问题,请大家帮帮忙?

是国家局培训时给的教程,教程挺详细,可是我在按照教程安装时出了一些问题,我用黄色的背景在教程中给标识出来了,请大家帮忙看看怎么解决。谢谢了!(我装系统时建了nyqxt用户)

附近怎么能不设置金钱啊?已经改好了,不明白的地方太多,就把疑问在教程里标注了,都在附件里。谢谢!

本说明适用于在ubuntu(64位)linux系统中安装WRF3.4.1版本,内容包括WRF的安装、运行以及可视化。选取了珠江三角洲从2004年4月5日00时到4月6日00时共24小时的模拟个例。蓝色部分为下载地址或参考网址,红色部分为在终端输入的命令(“$”表示为普通用户权限,“#”表示为超级用户权限,从普通用户升级为超级用户需要在终端输入“sudo su”然后输入密码,从超级用户退回到普通用户需要输入“exit”),橙色部分为在文件中修改的代码,紫色部分为在终端上显示的计算机提示。本说明重在操作,如需了解理论的部分则需要参考WRF的用户手册,下载网址为:

1、        下载安装文件
wrf的下载网址为:
http://www.mmm.ucar.edu/wrf/users/download/get_sources.html
需要下载的压缩包包括WRFV3.4.1.TAR.gz,WPSV3.4.1.TAR.gz,jasper-1.701.0.tar.gz,libpng-1.2.12.tar.gz,zlib-1.2.3.tar.gz,ARWpost_V3.tar.gz和geog.tar.gz(Geography data)。

2、解压压缩包
$ cd $HOME
$ mkdir WRFv3.4.1(WRF3.4.1主目录)
$ cd WRFv3.4.1
$ tar -zxvf WRFV3.4.1.TAR.gz
$ tar –zxvf WPSV3.4.1.TAR.gz
如此,在WRFv3.4.1下面有两个子目录,即WRFV3和WPS

3 安装gfortran、g++、等必要的软件或工具
# apt-get install gfortran g++ build-essential gcc-multilib rpm openjdk-6-jre-headless m4 ia32-libs tcsh

4 安装intel编译器
安装分为icc安装包和fortran安装包,可到intel官方网站免费下载,激活需要序列号,icc安装包是l_ccompxe_2011.11.339.tgz,ifort安装包是l_fcompxe_2011.11.339.tgz,安装路径为/usr/intel。(序列号对应为本说明提供的安装包)
4.1 安装icc(序列号:N5D5-59XJ7FC2)
# mkdir /usr/INTEL
# cd /usr/INTEL
# tar -zxvf l_ccompxe_2011.11.339.tgz
# cd l_ccompxe_2011.11.339
# ./install.sh (选择安装路径:/usr/intel)
4.2 安装ifort(序列号:NR2M-9D5C5CB5)
# cd /usr/INTEL
# tar -zxvf l_fcompxe_2011.11.339.tgz
# cd l_fcompxe_2011.11.339/
# ./install.sh (已经安装icc,不需要再选择安装路径)
4.3 设置环境变量
在~/.bashrc文件后面添加下面的语句(普通用户权限):
source /usr/intel/composer_xe_2011_sp1.11.339/bin/compilervars.sh intel64

然后添加 source /usr/intel/composer_xe_2011_sp1.11.339/bin/compilervars.sh intel64

5、安装netcdf
安装包可到官方网站下载,成功运行的版本为4.0,安装包是netcdf-4.0.tar.gz
下载网址:

# source /usr/intel/composer_xe_2011_sp1.11.339/bin/compilervars.sh intel64
# cd /usr
# tar -zxvf netcdf-4.0.tar.gz
# cd /usr/netcdf-4.0
# ./configure CC='icc' CXX='icpc' CFLAGS='-O3 -xHost -ip -no-prec-div -static-intel' CXXFLAGS='-O3 -xHost -ip -no-prec-div -static-intel' F77='ifort' FC='ifort' F90='ifort' FFLAGS='-O3 -xHost -ip -no-prec-div -static-intel' CPP='icc -E' CXXCPP='icpc -E' --prefix=/usr/netcdf
# make
# make install

6、安装NCARG
安装包下载网址为http://www.earthsystemgrid.org/search?Type=Software,安装包为ncl_ncarg-6.0.0.Linux_Debian_x86_64_gcc445.tar.gz
6.1        解压安装包,重命名文件名为ncarg
6.2 安装附加软件包
# apt-get install libx11-dev xorg-dev
6.3 把ncarg压缩包解压到/usr/ncarg路径下
# mkdir /usr/ncarg
# cd /usr/ncarg
# tar –zxvf ncl_ncarg-6.0.0.Linux_Debian_x86_64_gcc445.tar.gz
6.4 在普通用户主文件夹中创建.hluresfile文件,内容如下(普通用户权限):

7、安装lib for wps
为了更好的支持WPS模块(GRIB2格式文件)需要安装三个library,他们是jasper、libpng和zlib,其中安装libpng需要先安装zlib1g-dev
# apt-get install zlib1g-dev
# cd /usr/
有三个安装包:jasper-1.701.0.tar.gz,libpng-1.2.12.tar.gz和zlib-1.2.3.tar.gz,把三个文件解压后,有三个目录:jasper-1.701、libpng-1.2.12和zlib-1.2.3,安装方法如下:
# cd XXXX(此处为其中的三个目录)
# ./configure --prefix=XXXXXXX(此处为安装的位置,jasper为/usr/jasper,libpng为/usr/libpng,zlib为/usr/zlib)
# make
# make install
安装完成

8、设置环境变量(普通用戶权限)
确认在~/.bashrc上添加下面的语句:
# NETCDF
export NETCDF=/usr/netcdf
export PATH=$NETCDF/bin:$PATH
# NCARG
export NCARG_ROOT=/usr/ncarg
export PATH=$NCARG_ROOT/bin:$PATH
export DISPLAY=:0.0
# WRF
export WRF_EM_CORE=1
# JASPER
export JASPER=/usr/jasper
export JASPERLIB=$JASPER/lib
export JASPERINC=$JASPER/include
export PATH=$JASPER/bin:$PATH
ulimit –s unlimited (使WRF使用计算机资源不受限制)

source ~/.bashrc后提示:bash: ulimit: –s: 无效的数字

9、编译WRFV3
$ cd WRFV3
$ ./configure

10、编译WPS
$ cd ../WPS
$ ./configure

生成了geogrid.exe ,ungirb.exe,metgrid.exe等10个exe文件,还少了两个(plotgrids.exe,),网上查了说是ncarg没安装好,可是我能执行ncl,请大家看看怎么回事?

只有27行怎么提示37行有问题,还有就是 geog_data_path怎么设置,按照上面的做好建个geog目录后,在解压压缩包的好,就会在建一个geog的子目录,该怎么设置才对?

12、运行ungrib.exe
模式所需要的数据是来自NCEP的fnl每6个小时一次的GRIB1或GRIB2格式的数据文件,下载网址是:
http://rda.ucar.edu/datasets/ds083.2/
下载需要注册。把fnl格点资料放在$HOME/data/fnl的路径下,首先选择处理数据的文件:
$ ln -sf ungrib/Variable_Tables/Vtable.GFS Vtable
$ ./link_grib.csh $HOME/data/fnl/fnl_2004040*
$ ./ungrib.exe

13、运行metgrid.exe
$ ./metgrid.exe

14、运行real.exe和wrf.exe
$ cd ../WRFV3/test/em_real
把WPS的输出文件链接过来
$ ln -sf ../../../WPS/met_em.d0* .
修改namelist.input文件

运行real和wrf

程序运行成功后会生成netcdf格式的wrfout文件,第一重网格的输出文件时wrfout01,第二重是wrfout02,第三重是wrfout03。

15、可视化
实现wrfout的可视化有很多软件,如grads、MATLAB、NCL和IDL等,其中应用较为普及的是grads。Grads无法直接读取wrfout文件,因此需要ARWpost模块进行转换。
15.1 解压并安装ARWpost
$ cd WRFv3.4.1
$ tar –zxvf ARWpost_V3.tar.gz
$ cd ARWpost
$ ./configure
Please select from among the following supported platforms.

   1.  PC Linux i486 i586 i686 x86_64, PGI compiler       
   2.  PC Linux i486 i586 i686 x86_64, Intel compiler

你关于ifort和icc的环境变量设置的有问题
应该是
source /usr/intel/composer_xe_2011_sp1.11.339/bin/compilervars.sh intel64
source /usr/intel/composer_xe_2011_sp1.11.339/bin/compilervars.sh ia32
在64位系统中,这两个都要加到环境变量里的

我也发现一些问题,明明已经装了jasper库但是为什么还是提示Right now you are not getting the Jasper lib, from the environment, compiled into WRF   楼主有没有解决方案?
