matlab生成大于2GB的nc文件的问题

在LINUX下用matlab生成NC文件，当超过2GB时就会报错。
我想知道这是matlab的问题还是linux的设置问题呢？cmaq生成几十G的文件都没问题啊，报错如下，求大神们指导啊

我在windows下实验了一下，还是这个问题，看来是matlab的问题，请问有知道怎么把这个限制放开的吗

我是在服务器上试的，内存很大啊，换了好几个电脑，都是这样，应该是matlab的问题，就是不知道怎么设置
