NCL运行实例失败

我是根据J先生要努力的帖子装的NCL，而且终端输入 ng4ex gsun01n -clean也有效果

但现在的问题是，运行官网上下的例子，一个都成功不了，并报错如下：

有没有遇到相同情况的人啊！！啊啊啊

就按上面报错提示应该是缺少文件但具体是什么文件从哪里下放到哪里完全不清楚啊

这个是官网下的脚本文件，不知道shape文件应该从哪里下？下好放哪里？

如果一定要运行这个脚本，你需要德国地图的shape文件
这里可以下载
选择国家-Germany
http://gadm.org/country

其实这个官方脚本里是有说明的

; This particular template attaches Germany shapefile polylines that
