WRF后处理关于用(PH+PHB)/9.81-HGT计算离地高度的疑惑

关于用公式(PH+PHB)/9.81-HGT计算离地高度我有个疑惑，WRF输出的PH，PHB都是4维的，都包含时间维，不同时间维PHB是相同的，但是PH不同时间维的值会有不同，这如何理解？在同一次模拟结果的不同时刻用这个公式计算的网格点的离地高度还不一样？？？
求大神解惑

位势高为什么会有一个时间的维度，网格点的垂直高度不应该是固定的吗？

这个和模式有关，其实你去计算了发现，相差不大的

The height of eta levels will change during model integration since the eta levels are defined with dry hydrostatic pressure. As the pressure changes from time step to time step, the height of the levels will change. Each model time (PH+PHB)/9.81 should give you the estimate of the height levels. If you have many levels near the surface and you are near topography, this could severely limit the time step you are using (hence CFL errors will appear).

非常感谢你的解答，好像明白点了，也就是说，随着计算时间的推进，网格的垂直高度是会有波动的
