首先一个是 time_step 的问题， time_step 是 270s 也就是 4.5 min，而你设置的 history_interval 为 15 min 。而 15 Min 不是 4.5 min 的整数倍，计算过程会出错。
其次有可能是嵌套设置的问题，你设置了 3 层嵌套，但是模拟起止时间那块只对 d01 设置了，不知道这样是不是也算是错误之一。

错误提示得很明显了。你的 Met 文件中的土壤层数与你 namelist.input 中设置的不一样。你的 met 文件中没有土壤层数。

关于 namelist 中的说明，wrf  user guide 说得挺详细的。

met文件是metgrid.exe运行之后生成的那几个文件吗？在namelist.wps里面没有设置土壤层数的参数啊，我该如何修改，才能使met文件里面的土壤层数和namelist.input里面的一样呢？万分感谢

应该是你下载的GFS数据的问题，现在能够驱动WRF模式的是pgrb2full.0p50数据，其他分辨率的数据应该不能驱动，我做过相关试验，你可以换pgrb2full.0p50试试看
