重装wrf中的WRFV3报错！

我由于装的时候忘记设置了导致不能运行嵌套模式，麻烦问下重装WRFV3时 ./configure 的时候报如下错误

麻烦问下哪位大神帮忙看看是什么原因
Testing for NetCDF, C and Fortran compiler

ar: error while loading shared libraries: libimf.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

但是我bashrc中已经写了 export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/public3/application/compiler/intel/composer_xe_2015.0.090/compiler/lib/intel64:${LD_LIBRARY_PATH}

建议先用env命令看下LD_LIBRARY_PATH是不是真的设置好了，我觉得很可能你其它库的LD_LIBRARY_PATH后面没有加${LD_LIBRARY_PATH}
，最后把你这个设置给覆盖掉了。

哦哦 我查看了下 貌似真有这个可能  那我把其他的  LD_LIBRARY_PATH 都加上
${LD_LIBRARY_PATH} 就行了么

你用env命令试试就知道啦~~如果有显示你设置的这个路径，就说明路径添加成功。

我已经放弃。。。那个不晓得是什么原因  准备装pgi1的版本了。。哎  麻烦问下您装pgi版本的netcdf遇到过 configure: error: Fortran could not compile .f90 files 么？

我装的pgi10.2没有啊。不太知道你这个 libimf.so是什么东西的库，建议把这个新库重装一遍，再设置好路径。

我在我的大机器上查了一下（用locate  libimf.so），发现三个地方都有这个库啊，你把这几个都设置一下试试吧

您好 那个我也发现有那三个库  但是还是找不到  为了方便期间 我重新用pgi在安装 ，但是在WRFV3  ./compile em_real 时候报错了

不好意思，好几天没上论坛。。。这个提示你看log，你得去那里面找啊。运行的时候用 ./compile em_real >& 1.log

恩恩 现在弄好了 。。。安装一个低版本一些的netcdf就好了。。
