这个不难吧,一个标准的ctl,先描述了维数环境,后面是138个变量,变量还有解释及单位,还要怎么翻译

呵呵,一些基本的东西貌似楼主可能不知道吧,都是一些基本的量啊,如果是才开始学建议从简单的入手,上来就搞这么大的,把自己信心都整没了

这个好像是grib1格式的ncep资料。是网格资料,由南向北1.0度,由西向东1.0度,26层,两百多个变量。如果要用grads画图还需要gribmap -i test.ctl才可画图。
