如何削减基底厚度？

如图，该图是在全球数据基础上，通过限制范围获得。
但是基底仍然是从全球最低值计算的，请问，如何修改使得其从显示范围最小值计算？谢谢
PS：这个数据是"skin" temperature. 是否翻译成“地表辐射温度”？
以下来自NOAA的描述：
The surface temperature is the "skin" temperature. Over water, it is theSST. Over land, it would be the "radiative" temperature of the surface. Theskin temperature is generated from the land surface model. Note, the skintemperature is not the top layer soil temperature. During the day, the surfacetemperature is typically higher than the soil and 2 meter air temperature.
