TrajStat 软件打开时出现没有注册类 (异常来自 HRESULT:0x80040154

每次打开TrajStat 软件时，就会出现：没有注册类 (异常来自 HRESULT:0x80040154  这个对话框，改如何解决呢？先谢谢大家了。

要启用实时(JIT)调试，
该应用程序或计算机的 .config 文件(machine.config)的 system.windows.forms 节中必须设置
jitDebugging 值。
编译应用程序时还必须启用
调试。
例如:

</configuration>
启用 JIT 调试后，任何无法处理的异常
都将被发送到在此计算机上注册的 JIT 调试器，
而不是由此对话框处理。

建议使用MeteoInfo Java版 + TrajStat插件。

多谢老师回复，是因为java版的在我的plugin里面update不出来，才装桌面版。想问问老师update不出来或者桌面版安装出现没有注册类的该怎么解决。
