红色两行中( 18000,  0 )这是什么意思呢，是指从地面到（18000，0）这个区间的任一气压面之间的CAPE值呢？  还是指什么啊，请各位大神指教

首先：CAPE是一个积分值。。。
按照上面一排红字的说明：与地表气压差值来标定level
综上：下面一排红字的意思是从地表（假设气压为P0）积分到（P0 - 180mb)高度的CAPE值。
