Hagit Messer教授，现任以色列特拉维夫大学电气工程学院任信号处理Kranzberg讲席教授 (Chair Professor)

Hagit Messer教授在特拉维夫大学完成所有学位：在1977年获得理学学士学位，1979年获得硕士学位，1984年在电气工程专业从事通讯和信号处理，获得博士学位。然后她在耶鲁大学获得博士后奖学金（1985-6），从事阵列信号处理研究。1986年，她加入特拉维夫大学工程学院，自1999年起担任教授，同时担任信号处理Kranzberg讲席教授 (Chair Professor)。

韩瑽琤研究员，博士生导师，现就职于中国科学院大气物理研究所，于2012年入选中组部青年千人计划。现在是IEEE国际电气与电子工程师协会资深会员。担任IEEE VTC, IEEE WCNC, IEEE PIMRC等国际通讯会议的技术评审会委员。于2008年获得英国布理斯托大学电子和电气工程系博士学位。她有在学校，工业界及政府机构丰富的工作经验，在英国期间，曾就职于英国布里斯托大学，东芝欧洲通信技术研究实验室(项目合作)，英国移动通信虚拟研究中心，以及英国电信监管局。作为技术骨干参与并完成了与英国国家技术战略委员会、美国圣地亚哥大学、日本东芝公司欧洲研究所等多家单位合作的科研项目，以及多项英国国家重点大型战略项目,并被授予全英杰出青年工程学者称号。主要研究方向包括多天线技术，资源优化配置方法，WLANs，4G (LTE)及下一代通讯技术, 绿色节能通讯，能量采集及存储技术，大气环境监测技术。
