求教，用cygwin在windows上安装ncl

LZ是新人，因为项目需要，所以想安装下NCL，但是按照网上的教程安装之后，遇到一些问题。用的是cygwin的虚拟机，安装的ncl版本是ncl_ncarg-6.4.0-CYGWIN_NT-10.0-WOW_i686。
按照官网的步骤一步一步到最后的测试代码，第一个测试是可以的
asus1@asus /usr/local
$ ncl -V
6.4.0
但第二个测试代码就有问题
asus1@asus /usr/local
$ ncl xy04n.ncl

完全不知道是什么情况，LZ的电脑是win8 64位的，因为看官网上有写必须下32位的cygwin和ncl才可以，所以都下载的是32位的。。。请问是否是系统上的问题，还是其他的。因为是第一次接触linux系统，比较小白，请各位大神指教。。。
