ncview的安装

      最近安装ncview遇到了问题，configure: error: Could not find Athena widgets library and header (checked w/Xmu.h included as well).  Use your package manager to install the X windows development libraries and headers.
搜索尝试了各种办法未能解决，最后在一个帖子的回复看到了安装epel的解决办法。

（1）先装上epel repository。epel的具体信息和安装可参考https://www.tecmint.com/how-to-e ... or-rhel-centos-6-5/。我用的centos7，安装代码为（root权限）：
# wget http://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/ ... latest-7.noarch.rpm
# rpm -ivh epel-release-latest-7.noarch.rpm

（2）再安装ncview
代码为：
# yum --enablerepo=epel install ncview

（3）结果
已安装:
   ncview.x86_64 0:2.1.2-2.el7                                                   
作为依赖被安装:
    hdf5.x86_64 0:1.8.12-10.el7             libXaw.x86_64 0:1.0.13-4.el7         
    libaec.x86_64 0:1.0.2-1.el7             netcdf.x86_64 0:4.3.3.1-5.el7         
    udunits2.x86_64 0:2.2.20-2.el7         
完毕！

非常谢谢楼主！！！已解决同样问题，安装的是2.1.2版本的ncview，官方现在是2.1.7，不过应该差别也不大。

这会对之前安装的netcdf hdf 有影响吗？

请问按照这个方法安装成功后，运行ncview时出现could not open file /root/.ncviewrc for reading，怎么解决啊？
