求矢量（风场）EOF和SVD程序

各位大仙，小弟路过贵宝地，深知此处藏龙卧虎，高手如云，特向各位讨个矢量EOF程序，要是捎带上矢量SVD那就更好。拜托了。

分别作出它们的空间型，然后画矢量图是吗？？？

将两分量写成一个场做完再分开就OK了~
