WRF 编译em_hill2d_x失败

系统的版本信息是 Linux  2.6.18.2-34 x86_64 GNU/Linux，WRFV3.1，
configure选择：
1.  Linux x86_64, PGI compiler with gcc  (serial)
0=no nesting
然后compile em_hill2d_x
编译后main文件中没有出现wrf.exe和real.exe
compile的log文件中的最后几行：
/bin/sh: line 5: pgf90: command not found
make[1]: [../dyn_em/module_big_step_utilities_em.o] Error 127 (ignored)
make[1]: *** No rule to make target `/home/liu2011/wrfv3.1/WRFV3/external/esmf_time_f90/module_utility.o', needed by `ndown_em.o'.  Stop.make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/liu2011/wrfv3.1/WRFV3/main'make: *** [em_real] Error 2

但是我看了/bin下面，sh是链接到bash的，想知道问题该怎么解决。谢谢大家。
