求教CALWRF在windows下运行教程

想用calwrf将wrfout装换成3d.dat格式，但是不知道calwrf具体如何使用

先说下做到了哪一步，根据官网教程下载了mingw-w64-install.exe，但是不知道有没有在windows上安装了gfortranCOMPILING ON WINDOWS
     1) Get and install gfortran for Windows.
        http://gcc.gnu.org/wiki/GFortranBinaries
        http://users.humboldt.edu/finneyb/gfortran-windows-20130301.exe

     2) Get pre-compiled NetCDF from UCAR.
        ftp://ftp.unidata.ucar.edu/pub/netcdf/contrib/win32/netcdf-3.6.2-beta5_pgi_w32bin.zip
     
     3) Extract "netcdf-3.6.2-beta5_pgi_w32bin.zip" into the same directory
        as the CALWRF source code ("code" directory).

     4) Run "compile.bat"

     5) When running CALWRF, make sure the following 4 DLL files stay in same
        directory as "calwrf.exe":

        Three gcc/gfotran DLL files:
        * libgcc_s_dw2-1.dll
        * libgfortran-3.dll
        * libquadmath-0.dll
        Available at:
        C:\Program Files\gfortran\bin\
        or
        C:\Program Files (x86)\gfortran\bin\
        See "GCC Runtime Library Exception.pdf" for license to redistribute.

        One NetCDF DLL file:
        * libnetcdf-0.dll
        See "netcdf.h" for license to redistribute.

然后把netcdf-3.6.2-beta5_pgi_w32bin.zip解压到了calwrf.exe文件夹，运行了calwrf.bat
,calwrf.exe目录下出现了4个dll

接下来我试着把imp文件放在wrf.exe目录下然后运行，但是一直出错，在下实在不知道该怎么弄了，求大家帮忙

哦哦 找到了，我之前因为没找到就去探索linux的用法了，但是也遇到了很多困难，现在正在焦头烂额中。
