wrf运行到metgrid不成功

我用三层嵌套，运行geogrid.exe和ungrid.exe都是显示成功的，但是在提交metgrid.exe的时候，却只生成前面两层的met_em.do1和met_em.d03.nc文件，第三层没有，不知道是什么原因，哪位热心人帮忙解答，我的namelist.wps如下：

后面做了2层嵌套，显示成功，但是我的real.exe运行又错误，错误是
