WRF安装求助

在安装WRF时./configure，选择 Linux i486 i586 i686, PGI compiler with gcc  (serial)，basic， 后出现，netcdf.inc 没有那个文件或目录,应该怎么办。（fedora14，pgi10.6，netcdf4.2）

     arch/configure_new.defaults
grep: /home/liuyf/opt/WRF/WRFV3/netcdf_links/include/netcdf.inc: 没有那个文件或目录

我设置过了，不过我看在netcdf/include/下的确没有netcdf.inc这个文件

Forcast

两个方面都要考虑：NETCDF是否安装成功，环境变量是否设置对。

请问你最后怎么解决这个问题得？我也是找不到netcdf.inc，试了好几个版本得netcdf，最后还是会这样

专门注册来回复你。
这个问题的原因是netcdf4.2版本后fortran的nc库已经和nc代码分离，需要重新安装，不过貌似也简单。http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/netcdf/docs/netcdf-fortran-install.html
这个网址说得很清楚。如果版本要求不是一定4.2，就找个这之前的版本安装，问题就解决了。

谢谢你呀，装啦4.0改了configure.wrf里得路径就过了这一步。请问你知不知道compile之后没有生成exe是怎么回事呢？提示说致命错误： XPOSE_STOCH_BACK_U_REAL_z2x.inc：没有那个文件或目录
