为什么在NCAR申请注册一个下载NCEP资料的账户不被批准？
无论申请资料是否真实都不被批准！
大家有经验吗？
他们的回答如下：
We are not able to approve your registration because you did not submit a complete registration. Common problems are:

  - entering an acronym for your organization name that we do not recognize
  - entering the type of organization rather that the actual name in the organization name field
  - entering an organization and country that do not match
  - entering e.g. "Home" or "Private" for your organization name (use the "Unaffiliated" organization type if you do not want to state an affiliation)
  - entering initials for one of the name fields.

If you re-register, please fill out the form properly. Otherwise, we may block your email address from future registration attempts.
