用win10 linux子系统安装RegCM4，使用mpirun时出现一下问题。

三月

第一个问题是通过运行mpirun --allow-run-as-root-np 6 ./bin/regcmMPICLM45 test_001.in的时候会出现
5 more processes have sent help message help-mpi-btl-openib-cpc-base.txt / ibv_create_qp failed
Set MCA parameter "orte_base_help_aggregate" to 0 to see all help / error messages
的问题，但是通过google了解到应该是win10 Linux子系统本身的问题，不能运行多个process，通过输入
$ echo 0 > /proc/sys/kernel/yama/ptrace_scope
or
$ sudo echo 0 > /proc/sys/kernel/yama/ptrace_scope
or
$ echo 0 | sudo tee /proc/sys/kernel/yama/ptrace_scope
其中之一之后再次运行mpirun没有了之前的问题，


but，新的问题是，
Reading in urban input data from surface data file ...
No such file or directory
mod_clm_nchelper.F90 :      339:Error open NetCDF /mnt/m/regcm/RegCM-4.7.0/runtest/input//test_001_CLM45_surface.nc in read:            2
Abort called by computing node            0 at 2019-10-02 23:46:25.529 +0800
Execution terminated because of runtime error



没有urban input data？ 可是我在另一个电脑上，通过Ubuntu双系统一样的data数据运行mpirun很完美的运行成功了呀。
或者有时候改变内核数，改变为其他的数字you可能出现以下这样的问题

  Reading in urban input data from surface data file ...
root@thinlitysPC:/mnt/m/regcm/RegCM-4.7.0/runtest#

直接跳出了什么鬼啊。。。

这个是因为没生成CLM45的文件吧，要跑下CLM45的表面文件生成
