case1主要是验证GSI是否安装成功
从官网下载run_gsi.sh脚本和namelist脚本
主要修改路径，注意打开oneobs,
需要在namelist头部补充 cat <<EOF > gsiparm.anl

感谢，case1-3已经转通了。但是在转HWRF时还是遇到了上面类似的问题，我打算换成Intel-14.0.2重新编译后再试一试。

抱歉，才看到，之前的错误是参数设置的问题么，跑不同case的时候最好仔细对一下脚本，174的报错是迭代计算的报错，检查拷贝的文件对不对。
