如何注册NCAR账户下载FNL资料，一直被回邮件非法信息？

最近注册NCAR账号，不想老是麻烦本人下载数据，尝试过很多个邮箱都被回复以下信息，不知道哪里出了问题，请教一下各位前辈：                                                                                                                        
上面是我注册时填写信息的方式，以下是官方回复的邮件信息：

Your registration for a sign-in with email address "xxxxx@163.com" was rejected because one or more of the required fields appear to have invalid information and you must provide valid information for all required fields.  You will not be able to register with this email address. If you choose to re-register with a different email address, you will need to properly fill in all of the required fields. Otherwise, your registration will be rejected again.Sincerely,rdahelp@ucar.edu

你注册的登录电子邮件地址“xxxxx@163.com”被拒绝,因为一个或多个所需的字段似乎无效的信息,您必须提供有效的信息对所有必需的字段。你将不能注册这个电子邮件地址。如果您选择使用不同的电子邮件地址重新注册帐户,您将需要正确填写所有必需的字段。否则,您的注册将被拒绝了。

使用的邮箱为163邮箱，以下是我填写的信息
Sign-In Information:
*Email Address:               xxxxx@163.com
*Confirm Email:               xxxxx@163.com
*Password:                     xxxxxxxx
*Confirm Password:         xxxxxxxx

User Information:
Title:                               Dr.
*First Name:                    jie
Middle Name/Initial:
*Last Name:                    su
*Organization Type:          University/College
*Organization Name:         Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology
*Country:                         China

校友你好。出现这个问题一般是由于同一ip注册过多个账号，会导致这个ip注册的所有账号被封。因为中国的ip地址都是共享的，所以这个问题无解。
解决方法：用另一台设备和ip地址注册。
或者可以考虑下本人的公益镜像站http://bbs.06climate.com/forum.p ... ertype=1#pid1057677
这边我镜像了FNL ds083.2 1°的数据，ds083.3 0.25°数据还在准备中，不过有gfs 0.25°数据
