grads计算ncep辐射资料面积平均的时间序列图的疑问

用ncep的辐射资料计算面积平均的时间序列图，但现在有问题，按照理论应该是北京时间的14时达到最大值，但是现在图画出来确实08时最大，想询问下gs哪里有问题，谢谢。
