clm5.0中 mksurfdata_map问题：netcdf error from domain_read rcode

  目前我在制备clm5.0单点的地表数据，卡在了最后一步，即用mksurfdata.pl生成地表数据上面：（具体问题我也发布在了cesm论坛上面，并且有附件，可是目前无人解答：https://bb.cgd.ucar.edu/cesm/thr ... ry.5205/#post-36085）

netcdf error from domain_read rcode =            2  error = No such file or directory

The gcc version is 8.3.0, esmf version is 7_1_0, netcdf-c is 4.6.2 ,netcdf-fortran is 4.5.2 , compiler is gfortran

有哪位大佬遇见过统一的问题吗，可否帮忙解答下。

netcdf-c 版本是4.6.2， netcdf-fortran版本是4.5.2，在编译netcdf-c的时候用了--disable-netcdf-4这个命令，对结果有影响吗？
