检查一下你使用的FINN清单里物种的量级...别是单位没转换吧

ncdump: FINNv1.5_2018-07-28.GEOSCHEM.nc: NetCDF: Unknown file format

但用ncl_filedump 可以打开看到里面的一些信息的情况

这是不是跟我netcdf版本有关呢，我的是4.1.3

用h5dump也可以打开

你要用生成这个nc文件的对应netcdf版本去打开

大佬，现在问题出现了

我更改了我bashrc里面netcdf的路径，我现在可以在shell终端打开这个文件了

但我修改cmaq里config的netcdf路径后，又重新生成了一个exe，cctm里的脚本还是无法读取这个文件
报错仍然是
   Error opening file at path-name:

   NetCDF: Unknown file format

为什么会这样

我看到我的报错日志最前面的一部分，最后一行有一个netcdf version 3.6.3，这是啥意思，难道我哪里还没有修改好吗

我感觉这个问题可能解决不了了，唉
