NCL水汽通量图

这是一段气象家园的大佬写的水汽通量的代码，我拿来调整以后出现了如图“错误结果”的现象，报错显示如下：warning:ContourPlotInitialize: scalar field is constant; no contour lines will appear; use cnConstFEnableFill to enable fillwarning:ContourPlotSetValues: Data values out of range of levels set by EXPLICITLEVELS mode
